Dipam Das is an M.Sc. Physics student at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India. He completed his B.Sc. in Physics (Honours) from Bankura Sammilani College under Bankura University with a CGPA of 9.07/10 and is currently pursuing advanced studies in theoretical physics. His academic interests include quantum physics, ultracold atomic gases, Bose–Einstein condensates, quantum droplets, and condensed matter physics. He has conducted research on Bose–Einstein condensates in optical lattices and has worked on theoretical studies involving vortex dynamics and quantum many-body systems. He is particularly interested in understanding the fundamental principles governing quantum phenomena and their applications in modern physics. Dipam qualified the IIT JAM Physics examination and is committed to developing his research career in theoretical condensed matter physics. Beyond academics, he enjoys science communication, mentoring students, and promoting scientific awareness among young learners. As a GQMC Ambassador, Dipam aims to inspire curiosity about quantum science, connect with students from diverse backgrounds, and contribute to the global effort of advancing quantum education and outreach. Through his involvement with GQMC, he hopes to encourage the next generation of scientists to explore the exciting world of quantum mechanics and emerging quantum technologies.
