Partner Schools enjoy a closer connection to the competition, streamlined participant management, and access to exclusive resources that benefit students, teachers, and the broader school community:

• Management Tools
  Track student participation, view results and certificates, and manage group submissions through a centralized school account. This account enables you to add multiple participants at once and connect registered teachers to mentor students and supervise the Final Round Exam.


• Reduced Registration Costs
  Schools committed to registering at least 25 Semi-Final Round participants are eligible for a reduced registration cost of 13.50 EUR due to lower administrative overhead. The Qualification and Final Round remain without any costs.


• Hard-Copy Certificates Shipment
  Schools with more than 50 participants in the Semi-Final Round receive all certificates as hard-copy versions shipped to them as a convenient group package. This includes the certificates of the 50 Semi-Final Round participants as well as all other participants of the respective school.


• Personalized Assistance
  Your inquiries and coordination with GQMC will be handled with greater familiarity, reflecting the ongoing relationship between your school and the competition. By having a direct connection to your school, we can better assist you, your teachers, and your students.


• Public Visibility and Recognition
  Partner Schools are acknowledged on the GQMC website as part of our official network, reflecting their ongoing involvement in promoting scientific learning and student engagement.


• Official School Partnership Certificate
  At the end of each edition, all registered Partner Schools receive a certificate recognizing their involvement and summarizing their students’ achievements.


• Access to Academic Opportunities
  Partner Schools receive frequent updates about academic opportunities, programs, or initiatives beyond GQMC that may be relevant to their students and teaching staff. This also includes scholarships and other educational programs.

Becoming a Partner School is an opportunity to actively incorporate GQMC into your school’s academic culture. Many integrate GQMC challenges into their science curricula or host quantum mechanics-focused events. Regular participation strengthens students’ interest in science and demonstrates the school’s commitment to global academic engagement.

Registration Process

Becoming a GQMC School Partner is simple and open to schools worldwide:

1. Submit the Partnership Form
   An ambassador of the school, preferably a teacher already registered with GQMC, completes the School Registration Form (link below), providing the school's details and contact information.


2. Registration Review
   Our team will review the registration and verify that the institution is a government-accredited school or an otherwise eligible institution.


3. Approval or Feedback
   The school will receive an approval or follow-up request within several working days. Once approved, the school account and partnership status will be activated.


4. Ongoing Engagement
   The School Partner will remain actively engaged with GQMC by encouraging student participation each year and integrating the competition into their school’s academic or extracurricular programs.
