I’m Malaika Qitluq, a Physics undergraduate at NED University of Engineering and Technology in Karachi, Pakistan. I am passionate about quantum mechanics, quantum information, and emerging quantum technologies, especially quantum computing, quantum cryptography, and photonics. Through hands-on projects in Quantum Random Number Generation, noise characterization, and Python-based simulations, I have developed both experimental and computational skills. My studies also focus on QKD protocols, qubit dynamics, and quantum error correction. I previously participated in Saturday Morning Physics programs at Purdue University and Fermilab, which deepened my interest in fundamental physics. As a GQMC Ambassador, I aim to share this enthusiasm with fellow students, build a local quantum community, and encourage more young people in Pakistan to explore the fascinating world of quantum mechanics.
