2. Teacher Registration
All Finalists need to find a teacher who agrees to supervise their Final Exam (or use the self-recording option). The teacher registration, as well as the exam, will adhere to the following procedure:
- Teachers have to register online: Registration for Teachers
- We will review and approve or reject teachers within a few days.
- Approved teachers can add students to their account: Login for Teachers
- Approved teachers can meet with their student(s) and supervise the online exam on Sunday, 26 July 2026, between 4-6 pm (your local time). To do so, students need to open the exam website on a computer, laptop, or phone and log in: ../exam
- Teachers have to take one photo of the exam conditions before or during the exam and upload the photo via their teacher account. (The upload form will appear after the exam was started.)
3. Responsibilities during the Final Exam
The teacher has to make sure that ...
- no information about the Final Exam gets published.
- the student(s) do not open other browser tabs, websites or windows.
- the student(s) do not use any other electronic devices (phone, calculators).
- the student(s) do not use any information source (e.g., notes, books).
- the student(s) do not receive any assistance from other students.
- cheating students are reported and disqualified.
→ The teacher/school can provide a computer or laptop. Participants can also bring their own device. In the case that a teacher is responsible for more than one student, the Final Exam has to take place at the same time for all students.
→ All teachers have to take a photo of the exam conditions before or during the exam (showing the participant, the device/screen for the exam, and the surroundings;
see examples ➚). You only need to upload a single image (regardless of supervising more than one participant).
The exam must be supervised on Sunday, 26 July 2026, between 4-6 pm.
